About Me.
Hello! I'm Erick.

A Program/Project Manager based in NYC, with over 5 years of experience leading projects and products across chemical engineering, clinical operations, pharmaceuticals, and data analytics. With an MSc in Project Management and a passion for turning ideas into action, I specialize in Agile, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks like TRIZ and Kaizen. As a two-time published researcher, I view project management as the science of getting things done; combining strategy, structure, and creativity. Outside of work, I'm passionate about art, painting, and building products that make a difference.
